Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants joining the street soccer experience (the “Experience”) operated in Medellín, Colombia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Payments are processed through our approved third-party provider (e.g. Stripe or other). We do not store your card details.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the Experience.
No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Experience or for no-shows.
If we need to cancel due to weather, safety or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
3. Participation & Safety
You must be at least 16 years old to participate. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to join. This Experience involves physical activity.
Respectful behaviour is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone acting abusively or putting others at risk, without refund.
Personal belongings are your responsibility.
Liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.
You participate at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by our proven negligence.
We recommend having personal travel or health insurance that covers sports activities in Colombia.
5. Media & Content
Photos and videos may be taken during the Experience for social media or promotional purposes.
You may request not to appear in photos or videos by informing us before the Experience begins.
6. Privacy
We collect basic personal information (name, email, phone) only to manage your booking and provide updates.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except service providers strictly necessary to process your booking.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will fall under Colombian jurisdiction.
